High-content gene expression analysis

PlexPress provides a high-content gene expression analysis platform to support gene function analysis. This platform can be used, for example, in developing safer and more effective drugs.

PlexPress uses TRAC (Transcriptional Analysis with the aid of affinity Capture) technology to monitor gene samples. TRAC makes it possible to multiplex 10–60 genes and monitor them in anything between 10 to 1000 samples. The large number of genes and samples monitored enables a higher throughput screening (HTS) than any of the competitors’ products do.

The TRAC technology reduces the time needed to generate reliable data, effectively bringing the related costs down.
